Förbättrade yrkeskunskaper med hjälp av ny teknik

13 elever från Alytus yrkesutbildning centrum, Kaunas mekanik skolan, Kedainiai och Vilnius yrkesutbildning centrum har varit på en praktikperiod på Brinellgymnasiet. Eleverna var här för att förbättra sin yrkeskompetens genom att besöka svenska företag. De har nu kunskap om arbetsskydd och organisering av arbetet i svenska företag, praktiserat allmänna färdigheter, det engelska språket och ökat sin professionella motivation och de är nu beredda att använda ny teknik och modern utrustning i sina kommande projekt.

Alytus vocational training centre is finishing to realize Leonardo da Vinci mobility project „Improvement of Professional skills using new technologies“. The members of this project learn according to the next training programmes: a bricklayer and concrete worker, a decorator (builder), a building business services organizer, a joiner, an industry mechanic and energetic systems electronics. 13 pupils from Alytus vocational training centre, Kaunas mechanics school, Kedainiai and Vilnius vocational training centre were on a training period in Brinellgymnasiet. Pupils were improving their professional skills and they were being prepared to use new technologies and modern equipment in Swedish enterprises increasing their informational and technological skills. They got knowledge about work safety and organizing of the work in Sweden enterprises, practiced general skills, the English language and were increasing professional motivation.

Alytus vocational training centre is realizing Leonardo da Vinci project „Metal processing and building in North Europe“. The receiving partner of this Project is Brinellgymnasiet. According to this Project at this school are going to train 16 pupils from Alytus vocational training centre, Kaunas builders school and Kaunas mechanical school. During the international project pupils are going to improve professional skills and knowledge, to acquaint with new technologies and modern equipment increasing their informational and technological knowledge. They are going to acquaint with work safety requirements and work organization in Swedish enterprises, to foster general skills, language and the professional motivation.
